Price Guide:
January to March: £750 for 3 nights to £1450 for 7 nights.
April to June: £900 for 3 nights to £1700 for 7 nights.
July to August: £1500 for 3 nights to £2100 for 7 nights.
September to December: £750 for 3 nights to £1450 for 7 nights.
Christmas and New Year: £2500 for 3 nights to £2800 for 7 nights.
One well behaved dog is allowed – £20 per night extra.

Guest access:
Keys left on site – code needed to access the key safe. The code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
Arrival time after 4.30pm, departure by 10:30.
Note. There are no EV charging facilities at the house for electric vehicle charging but there are charging facilities in the town.

Cancellation Policy: We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
We ask for a 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking with full payment being required 8 weeks before your stay.
If you have to cancel within the 8 week period, please see the below.
– 3 weeks or less notice – no refund
– 4 weeks – 30% of total accommodation cost
– 5 weeks – 35% of total accommodation cost
– 6 weeks – 40% of total accommodation cost
– 7 weeks – 50% of total accommodation cost
– 8 weeks or more – you will not be liable for the remaining 50% balance.
If we are able to re-let the same dates following a cancellation we will make a partial refund, retaining a balance for admin and readvertising/discounts costs.
